Payment

You can pay your order to our bank account in Finland or you can use Paypal or you can pay on our site with your credit card.

If you want to pay to our bank account (especially if you are living in the EU), we will give you our IBAN and SWIFT codes with the order confirmation.

If you want to pay with your credit card, you will be redirected to the webpage of Finnish Visa authority, Luottokunta, where you can safely enter your credit card information in an encrypted connection. At the moment we accept Visa and Mastercard. For your security, we don't keep your credit card information. Please note: The prices in Violarium can be viewed in USD, but when you are redirected to the webpage of Finnish Visa authority, you'll see the total amount in Euros.

If you want to pay with Paypal, you will be directed to Paypal website after confirming your order.

After safely paying your order with your credit card or Paypal, you will be redirected back to Violarium. If you want to pick up your order in Kello, you can also pay with cash.

Shipping costs

We are happy to ship orders worldwide. Shipping costs are always the same, only 3 euros, no matter what you order or where you live. You can see final shipping costs at checkout before the payment.

If you live in Finland, you can also pick up orders in Kello, near Oulu, Finland. Naturally you don't have to pay any shipping costs if you want to pick up your order. All pick-ups must be confirmed in advance by telephone or e-mail, in order to schedule an appointment.

Delivery time

We ship orders immediately after having received your payment. Depending on the payment method, we will receive the payment in 1-3 days. Bank transfers from abroad may take a bit longer, depending on the country. Credit card and Paypal payments will be received at once when the payment it accomplished. We ship all orders quickly and directly from our own stock. We will always inform you, if there is a delay.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product you ordered, you can always return it within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. For copyright reasons we can't accept returns on opened cross stitch charts or kits. In Finland you can leave your returns to a post office free of charge, just write "asiakaspalautus" on the package. If you live outside Finland, please always contact us before sending anything, in order to make arrangements for returning.

Defective or damaged products

If an item is defective or damaged, it can be returned to us and we will of course return your payment. Please read more detailed information about our Terms and Conditions.
