We are happy to ship orders worldwide. Shipping costs are always the same, anywhere in the world. We are happy to ship also small orders - we don't have a minimum order requirement.

Products and prices

We have our own inventory. We have all the products in stock, so we will ship your orders quickly. If a product is temporarily out of stock, that will be mentioned on the product description page. We will then backorder products quickly. We can also order any products from the manufacturers, whose products we have constantly in stock. If you don't see the product you would like to purchase, please contact us and we'll find out what we can do.

All the prices can be seen next to the photo, when browsing the store. Prices are shown in Euros or US Dollars, according to your choice. The base currency is Euro. You can change currencies on the left. US Dollar prices are based on exchange rates, so they vary daily. All prices include Finnish VAT 23% or 9%. Please note: If you live outside the European Union, you don't need to pay VAT. In this case the final price at the checkout will be shown without VAT.

Ordering

You can find products by using our "Search" -function or by browsing our categories.

You can add a product to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to cart" on the product detail page. You can access the contents of your shopping cart anytime by clicking "Cart" at the top of every page. You can change quantities and add or remove products anytime.

When you are ready to order, you can continue to checkout. On the first page you must identify yourself. If you are a returning customer, please sign in with your e-mail address and password. If you are a new customer, please fill in your name and shipping address. We don't give your personal information to anyone. Please read more about our privacy policy.

You can also order products by e-mail, by post or by phoning us. Please contact us for further information.

Gift orders

You can order products to be sent as gifts to another address. We will wrap the products beautifully and ship them whenever you want to an address you prefer. This is a free service to our customers. If you are ordering products for gifts, please mention it while ordering or contact us for further information.
