Le marquoir de Justine

Le marquoir de Justine is a sampler stitched by an eight-year-old Louise Justine Atalie Matthy in 1818. Martine Viard d'Atalie was inspired by this old sampler and started her own company of hand overdyed Atalie threads.

This chart is actually a book, including a big photo of the original sampler, many pages about the history of the sampler as well as Justine (in French) and the chart of course.
